With reference to the Company’s letters dated 28th November 2023, 21st December 2023 and 13th February 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Listing Regulations, Siemens has informed about the following: Daniel Spinder has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from 1st March 2024 (copy of resignation letter enclosed); Wolfgang Wrumnig (DIN: 10409511) has been appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from 1st March 2024 and Orban von Fedak has been appointed as the Finance Head of Company’s Mobility Business with effect from 1st March 2024 (profile enclosed as Annexure A).
