Matrimony.com has informed that the Company had made disclosures to the stock exchange through its intimation dated July 26, 2023, August 4, 2023, January 23, 2024 & February 10, 2024 pertaining to the on-going commercial suit filed against Google. The Company has received a letter from Google’s counsel dated March 1, 2024, that they cannot protect delisting of apps from its play store, if the company does not adhere to its payment policy. This will not affect the apps already downloaded by the company’s existing customers. The Company is in the process of initiating further actions to restore the Apps. As indicated earlier, the Company’s appeal is still pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
