Sarda Energy & Minerals (SEML) has incorporated a Joint Venture subsidiary company ‘Bartunga Coal’ (BCPL). BCPL has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle for carrying out the Re-opening, Salvaging, Rehabilitation, Development and Operation of Bartunga Hill Coal Mine of South Eastern Coalfileds. BCPL is yet to commence its business operations.
