In terms of regulation Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transport Corporation of India has informed that it has received information from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies, vide its letter dated 5th March, 2024 about the receipt of loss of Share Certificate/Issue of Duplicate Share Certificate. The letter received from RTA is attached as a proof of date of receipt of information by the Company.
