Genus Power Infrastructures (GPIL) has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS), namely ‘Genus Smart Energy’, on March 07, 2024. It is incorporated as WOS for execution of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) Contract.
Recently, the company had incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely ‘Genus Smart Metering’, ‘Genus Metering Infra’ and ‘Genus Advance Metering’.
Genus Power Infrastructures (GPIL) is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic energy meters, power distribution management projects, hybrid microcircuits, inverters, batteries, home UPS and online UPS in India and abroad.
