With this acquisition, Globalspace gets the opportunity to sell its Pharma offering to Innopharm clients, which would augment the overall value proposition to the client as well as Globalspace. Innopharm’s EBIDTA margins would improve by leveraging Globalspace’s existing tech solutions.
