Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has informed that KMEW bags a project from Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) for ‘Fairway Maintenance of Farakka – Kahalgaon (146 km) stretch of National Waterway -1 (River Ganga)’ for an amount of Rs 98.06 Crores for a period of 3 years. Information as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 2015 is attached as Annexure – 1.
