Granules India has informed that, Atul Dhavle has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Company with effect from today March 11, 2024 and has been designated as one of the SMPs of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with respect to the above appointment, is given in the Annexure enclosed.
