LKP Securities has received approval for the issuance of upto 3,000 unrated, unlisted, redeemable, secured, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 30 crore in one or more tranches to Non-Promoter category of investors. The Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on March 11, 2024, has considered arid approved the same.
