In continuation to letter dated November 30, 2023, wherein, the Company had informed that a Final Report has been filed in this matter in CC no 6907/23 before the 2nd Additional Chief MM, Egmore, Chennai; Ideaforge Technology has informed that the Company has received the copy of the Final Report and in consultation with legal advisors challenged the Final Report by filing a Quashing Petition before the High Court of Judicature at Madras. In this regard, they have enclosed the necessary details as required under the Listing Regulations, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015. Details are attached as Annexure - A. The Company will keep the Stock Exchange updated of the developments on the matter.
