The details of shareholders i.e.name, distinctive numbers etc. are furnished attached Annexure. The Duplicate share certificate(s) shall be issued only on receipt of complete documents from the shareholder(s) to the satisfaction of Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (Bigshare Services) and the Company including completion of procedural requirements in this regard. The company has also enclosed the proof of its RTA.
