Integrated Industries has entered into Share Purchase agreement with Nurture Well Foods for transfer of entire equity shares being held by Integrated Industries in its wholly owned subsidiary namely Nurture Well LLC. Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, Nurture Well LLC would cease to be subsidiary of the Company, but since it is acquired by Nurture well Foods, another wholly owned subsidiary of the company, it will continue as step down subsidiary of the company. The said transaction will be completed on or before March 31, 2024.
Integrated Industries is dealing in Printed Circuit Boards including very fine-line, high conductor track width & spacing and hole density Surface Mount Device (SMD) Single-sided, Double-sided, and Multi-layer PCBs.
