Gujarat Fluorochemicals has incorporated its subsidiary company namely ‘IGREL Mahidad’ on March 14, 2024. The initial subscription to be made by the company is Rs 99,400 divided into 9,940 equity shares of Rs 10 each. IGREL Mahidad is yet to commence business operations.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing and trading of refrigerant gases, caustic soda, chloromethane, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluoropolymers, fluoromonomers, specialty fluorointermediates, specialty chemicals and allied activities.
