In furtherance to intimation dated 13th February 2024 on the Notice of Postal Ballot (‘Notice’) of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics (the Company) seeking approval of the Members of the Company by Postal Ballot through electronic means, for the following matter: To Approval of material related party transaction with Transworld Fleet Management India, and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has enclosed the details of Voting Results and Scrutinizer’s Report on the Postal ballot conducted by the Company. The Company had provided e-voting facility to Members through Link Intime India. The e-voting period commenced from 10:00 am (IST) on Thursday, 15th February 2024 and ended on Friday, 15th March 2024 at 5:00 pm (IST). The above resolution has not been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on 15th March 2024, being the last day for voting.
