In continuation to its letter dated 11th March 2024 regarding declaration of dividend, Kama Holdings has informed that the Company has provided facility for submission of necessary documents to apply for deduction of TDS at a lower rate. Details and list of documents to be submitted are given in the letter as placed on the website of the Company at: https://www.kamaholdings.com/kama/Inv/2023/TDSIntforShareholders.pdf. Shareholders are requested to submit details latest by 22nd March 2024 in order to enable the Company to determine and deduct appropriate TDS / withholding tax at the time of payment of dividend.
