The disclosure required as per Regulation 30 Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR read with the SEBI Circular having reference no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated September 9, 2015 and July 13, 2023 respectively with regard to change in Directors and Key Managerial Personnel is given herein as ‘Annexure- A’.
