According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 256.79 crore in index futures and options segments on Wednesday, May 22, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 561.22 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 304.43 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 267.67 crore, while they bought stock options worth Rs 26.92 crore.
