Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Petronet LNG has informed that it enclosed copy of newspaper clipping with respect to notice to the shareholders for compulsory transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17 and equity shares of the Company relating to unclaimed dividends to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), published in Hindustan Times (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on 19th March, 2024. This is pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and amendments thereto.
