Thus, it submitted the Approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report (Standalone and Consolidated). Enclosed the Revised Outcome of Board Meeting held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 which contains the rectified Consolidated Limited Review Report replacing first page duly stamped and initialled which shall satisfy query dated March 18, 2024.
