Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Resonance Specialties has informed that the trading window for dealings in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2024 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 of the financial year 2023-24. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said audited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchange in due course of time.
