Ipca Laboratories has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on 31st March, 2024 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said audited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time.
