Muthoot Capital Services has completed a securitization transaction, raising an amount of Rs 61.44 crore by assignment of loan receivables aggregating to Rs 66.07 crore on March 21, 2024. This is the Second securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the company during the FY 2023 - 2024. The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
