Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; ISMT has informed that Indian Seamless Inc (‘ISI’), a subsidiary of the Company which was incorporated in the State of Indiana, United States of America, had applied for voluntary dissolution. Based on the application, the State of Indiana has issued a Certificate of Dissolution further, to the aforesaid certificate of dissolution being issued, the State of Texas has issued a Certificate of Withdrawal dated 20 March 2024 (received by the Company and ISI on 22 March 2024). Consequently, ISI now stands fully wound up and dissolved and has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
