With reference to the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, Ajcon Global Services has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Monday, 01.04.2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the Q4 and year ended on 31.03.2024. The prospective date of Board Meeting for declaration and consideration of Audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the Q4 and year ended on 31.03.2024 will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter/ deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window.
