UTI Asset Management Company has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UTI Asset Management Company has approved on 26th March, 2024 at 0047 hrs IST; the allotment of 1,864 equity shares of face value of ?10 each pursuant to the exercise of options by the eligible employees under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from ? 1,27,25,43,100 (12,72,54,310 equity shares of face value of ?10 each) to ? 1,27,25,61,740 ( 12,72,56,174 equity shares of face value of ?10 each).
