In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), Bharat Dynamics has informed that it enclosed a Postal Ballot Notice (including instruction for E-voting and a statement under section 102(1) of the Companies Act,2013) seeking approval of members through e-voting in respect of the following matters: a) Alteration of Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the company by inclusion of new object clause- Special Resolution. b) Sub-division/splitting of 1 Equity Share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up into 2 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 5 each fully paid-up- Ordinary Resolution. c) Alteration of Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association- Ordinary Resolution.
