Raj Television Network has informed that the Members of the Company have approved the appointment of Nidavanur Subbarama Naidu Prema (DIN: 10198873) , as the Non-executive Independent Director in the Board of the Company with effect from February 14, 2024 for a period of five consecutive years by passing a special resolution through Postal Ballot by e-Voting process which ended on 22nd March, 2024 and the results of the e-voting has been declared on 26 th March, 2024 along with the Scrutiniser’s Report. Also confirm that the Director is not debarred from holding the office as a Director, by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authorities.
