Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Shree Digvijay Cement Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 26th April, 2024, to consider a) the audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2024; b) the audited financial statements for the said year; and c) recommendation of Dividend Closure of Trading Window. Further, it has informed that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, due to earnings release of the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2024, shall remain closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till Sunday 28th April, 2024 in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Accordingly, all Directors /Connected Persons /Designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
