Repro India has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons with effect from April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2024. Accordingly, all Directors/ KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
