Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
