The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2024 and other matters, if any, will be intimated in due course.
