Aeroflex Industries has successfully completed acquisition of 2,924 equity shares resulting to 100% of the issued and paid up share capital of Hyd- Air Engineering. Consequent to this, the Hyd- Air Engineering has now become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the company had executed the Share Purchase Agreement dated April 2, 2024, wherein the Company had agreed to acquire 2,924 equity shares equivalent to 100% of the issued and paid up share capital of Hyd- Air Engineering, amounting to Rs 17,20,86,172.
Aeroflex Industries is engaged in manufacturing of stainless steel, flexible hose with braiding and without braiding and assemblies.
