Nestle India gets board’s nod for hiking royalty payment to parent company

Nestle India has received approval from board of directors for increasing general licence fees (royalty) by company to its parent firm -- Societe des Produits Nestle SA ((Licensor), by 0.15% annually for the next five years, thereby enhancing it to 5.25% of net sales, with effect from July 1, 2024. The current license fees is 4.5% per annum. The increase will be as per the terms and conditions of the existing general licence agreements. 

Nestle India is a subsidiary of Nestle S.A. of Switzerland, a vibrant company that provides consumers in India with products of global standards.
