LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated 11th April, 2019 issued by BSE in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, it confirmed that as on 31st March, 2024, the Company, G G Engineering is not a ‘Large Corporate’ as per the applicability framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
