With reference to the mail dated 06.04.2024, regarding delayed submission of Proceedings of General Minutes, Oasis Securities has clarified that, efforts were made to submit the proceedings of AGM within the stipulated time period of 12 hours. But the electric supply in its office was interrupted for a substantially longer period due to unknown reasons. Thus, the company was unable to abide by the timeline. As soon as the supply was restored, the company will make the submissions.
