India Finsec’s IPO opens for subscription

India Finsec’s initial public offer (IPO) has opened for subscription on May 24, 2013 and the same will close on May 28, 2013. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.

The issue proceeds will be used to purchase and set up new office space for its registered office and to augment capital base and provide for fund requirement. Aryman financal Services will be the book running lead manager and Skyline Financial Services will be the registrar to the issue.

The company is mainly engaged in the business of financing, inter corporate deposits, advancing short term loans, long term loans, credits to individuals & companies etc. Company also deals in stocks, shares and securities. As on March 31, 2012 the loan book size of the company is Rs 36.68 crore. None of the assets of the company are NPA.
