In reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 (‘Circular’) in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates. Wonder Electricals has confirmed that the company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular as amended. Hence, the requirement of filing of Initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 and B2 respectively to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2024-25 and 2023-24 respectively, does not arise.
