In reference to the dated April 19,2024 (Ref. No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/ 2024- 2025 / 4172) regarding significant movement in the price of securities of the company in recent past. With reference to the same, Selan Exploration Technology has clarified that the Company is regular in intimating Stock Exchanges with regard to any material information which is required to be submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will continue to comply with the said Regulations. Currently there is no such material events requiring disclosure under the said Regulations. The company believe that the movement in price of shares is purely market driven.
