With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P /2018/L44 dated November 26, 2018 regarding fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC), Pennar Industries has confirmed that as on 31st March, 2024, the Company is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria specified in the aforesaid circular for Large Corporates. Accordingly, the Disclosure and Compliances mentioned therein to be done by Large Corporates are not applicable.
