Consequently, the Board of Directors at their Board Meeting held Today, Thursday, 18th April, 2024, approved the allotment of 48,00,000 (Forty-Eight Lakhs) of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 24.50 per Equity Share to allottees.
