Pursuant to requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with other applicable provisions, if any, GHCL has informed that Dr. Lavanya Rastogi (DIN: 01744049) has completed his second and final term (i.e. from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2024) as an Independent Director of the company and hence he is ceased to be a director of the company effective from April 1, 2024. The Board of Directors and management of the Company expressed their appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Lavanya Rastogi for his valuation contribution for sustainable growth of the Company.
