Rajeev Kumar Chaudhary has been designated as Vertical Head, Expotech with effective from 01.04.2024 and is thereby included in the Senior Management of the Company. In this regard, relevant disclosures pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are placed at Annexure-I.
