J. Maru & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 0134788W), vide its letter dated 29% March, 2024 have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect for the reasons stated in their communication. A copy of the said resignation letter and Annexure-A, as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated 18t October, 2019 received from the Auditors, are attached.
