Tiaan Consumer has informed that the Sixth Meeting of CoC of the company was successfully convened on Monday, April 1st, 2024 at 03.35 PM IST, wherein various matters were discussed as per the requirement of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and were put up for e-voting by the Coc of the Corporate Debtor. The aforementioned voting was started on Monday, 1st April 2024 at 05.17 pm IST and was concluded at 5:17 pm IST on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024, in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), wherein, the following key (material) decisions were taken. 1.
