CSL Finance has informed that in reference to the Chapter XII of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022) issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on ‘Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities’, it confirmed that CSL Finance has not been identified as a Large Corporate (LC) entity as on 31.03.2024, as per the framework provided in the aforementioned circular. The disclosure in prescribed format is also enclosed as Annexure -XII-A.
