BLB has informed that the Company is in receipt of e-mail dated 6 April, 2024 regarding the delayed submission of proceedings of Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2023. In this regard they submitted the 42 Annual General Meeting of the Company was conducted on 26th September, 2023. Post conclusion of Annual General Meeting, the Company had compiled the data on the basis of information received from National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL). Due to the process of compiling of various data i.e. Attendance, Quorum etc., they were unable to make the disclosure within 12 hours, and was made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the AGM. The said delay was due to oversight and we request you to take a lenient view and condone the aforesaid delay as the Company had always complied with the SEBI LODR Regulations. They further confirmed that no unpublished material information was part of the proceedings of the AGM held on 26th September, 2023. They are re-submitting the proceedings of Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2023 along with this clarification regarding delay in submission.
