ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received an Order on April 8, 2024 at 5:48 p.m., from the Deputy Commissioner, Office of Deputy Commissioner, Circle - I, Jaipur - III, Rajasthan, raising a GST demand of ? 2,307,154, Interest of ? 2,491,728 and levying penalty of ? 230,714. The Company would pursue an appeal with Appellate Authorities or evaluate other legal options against the said Order. The details of the said Order as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith as an Annexure 1.
