Upstream oil companies’ shares jump amid Iran-Israel war

State-owned upstream oil companies’ shares jumped on the BSE on expectations of rise in global oil prices amid the Iran-Israel conflict. 

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 279.95, up by 14.30 points or 5.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 265.65 on the BSE.

Oil India is currently trading at Rs. 622.75, up by 11.95 points or 1.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 610.80 on the BSE.
