Continental Petroleums has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31st, 2024. The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31st, 2024 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, the designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
