Jubilant Pharmova has informed that in continuation to earlier letter dated January 2, 2024, regarding acquisition of 19.89% stake, 75,903 CCDs of face value of Rs 1,000 each and 8,43,362 Equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in O2 Renewable Energy XVI (O2), that as on March 29, 2024, the Company had acquired 7,16,857 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each and 64,517 CCDs of face value of Rs 1,000 each in O2 and the acquisition of remaining stake is likely to be completed by June 30, 2024 as agreed with O2. The details for the above acquisition as required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, have already been disclosed in the intimation dated January 2, 2024.
